Avocado dip

Take a dip

Seasonal avocado made into a creamy dip, perfect for vegetable crudites.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 250gm cream cheese
  • 10gms olive oil
  • 10gms lemon/lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method

  1. Add garlic and chives to a food processor (or Thermomix) chop until fine.
  2. Add all other ingredients and process for 30 seconds, scrape down sides and repeat.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
