Fruit sticks
Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Pineapple
- Rockmelon
- Honeydew melon
- Canned or dried apricots (only eat in moderation as these are high in sugar)
- Baked or stewed apple or pear
- Frozen blueberries or strawberries
Method
- Prepare fruit by cooking (if required) and cutting up into 2 to 3 cm cubes.
- Thread fruit onto skewers to form a rainbow of colours.
- Depending of freshness of fruit, store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
