Mango oat pudding
Ingredients
Make this recipe in advance. Lasts five days in the fridge.
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 t chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon low fat vanilla yoghurt – no sugar added
- 4 small frozen mango pieces
- Honey (to drizzle on top)
Method
- Mix the oats, milk and yoghurt in a bowl.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Serve in a bowl and add mango pieces on top
- Drizzle with honey.
