Orange lime sorbet

Sweet citrus sorbet

Use up your citrus in this delightful sorbet, with just four ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 oranges, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
  • 2 limes, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
  • 120gms icing sugar
  • 650gms ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender (make sure it has the capacity to crush ice) and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or put into a freezer safe container and place in your freezer.
